Chu Lai port, Quang Nam province

The center will create favourable conditions for attracting investors to Quang Nam and neighboring provinces, connecting customers and sources of goods from the Central Highlands provinces, Laos, and Cambodia to Chu Lai port for export.

Therefore, THILOGI, under Truong Hai Auto Corporation (THACO) will carry out important projects in 2024, such as: completing and putting into operation a 50,000 ton port with the specialized high-capacity crane system; dredging Ky Ha channel in the 2nd phase with a depth of -10m to increase ship capacity; and gradually developing Chu Lai port to become a specialized container port in the Central region, an international transit gateway.

In addition, THILOGI cooperates with shipping lines to diversify international maritime routes through Chu Lai port, promote intermediary service businesses, invest, and develop domestic shipping services to connect domestic and international cargo routes.

At the same time, the road logistics network (including transfer routes and stations) and transport vehicles suitable for each route will be planned to connect transportation and diverse sources of goods.
