The safety of a tourist attraction is always a criterion and condition that is much paid attention. According to the survey from Smoky Mountain, Hoi An (Vietnam) is the global safest for solo travel.
Smoky Mountain stated that Vietnam is the safest country in Southeast Asia. Its Central coastal city of Hoi An under Quang Nam province is considered a highlight with its beauty, harmonious climate, reasonable prices, and unique experience of traditions.
It is reported that the rate of crime in Hoi An is lowest for solo travellers. The city is also known as one of the cheapest cities in Asia. An average cost for tourism is less than USD 800 per month.
Kyoto (Japan) goes right after Hoi An city. Japan is famous for peace, ranking 9th in the Global Peace Index. Kyoto is the leading tourist attraction in Japan. It is a good place to enjoy the great cuisine, rich history and traditions, and iconic landmarks of the Land of the Rising Sun.
Ljubljana (Slovenia) is the next name on the list. It is famous for its historic castle, bridges over the Ljubljanica River, and green spaces in almost every corner of the city. Slovenia is predicted to be a popular tourist destination in 2024.
